If you live on a fifth floor without an elevator or your sofa set will not fit the stairs, a mobile lift is the right solution. Items are placed on the platform through the balcony or window and lowered to the ground; it is faster than carrying down the stairs and carries much less risk of wall and door damage.

Price
A lift adds 3,500 – 7,500 TRY to the moving price depending on floor height. Any municipal permit fee is invoiced in your name. The lift requirement is determined at the survey and written into the contract.

Frequently asked questions
Is the survey really free, and does it commit me to anything?
On-site or video surveys are free and carry no commitment. If you do not like the quote, you pay nothing.
Can the quoted price change on moving day?
The price is fixed as long as the item list, floors and elevator status given at the survey do not change. If extra items or access problems appear that were not reported, a written difference is offered before the move.
What happens if something is damaged during the move?
All moves are covered by transport liability insurance. Have damage noted on the delivery report or notify us in writing within the contractual period; your claim is concluded within 10 business days.
When and how do I pay?
A 20% deposit is taken when the contract is signed, and the balance is paid on completion of loading or at delivery. We accept cash, bank transfer and credit card (three instalments with no extra charge).
Do I have to be at home on moving day?
You, or a person you authorise, should be present at loading and delivery to check the inventory list. We add the authorised person's ID details to the contract.
