If your new home is not ready, you are renovating or you are going abroad, you can keep your belongings in our 2,400 m³ warehouse in Kemalpaşa. The warehouse is protected by 24/7 cameras, alarms and fire detection.
Storage conditions
- Temperature and humidity-controlled section for wooden furniture, electronics and textiles.
- Locked units: only you hold the key; access is logged.
- Weekly pest and humidity inspections; warehouse insurance is arranged separately.
- Moving-included package: items are collected from your home, placed in storage and delivered to your new address on the date you choose.
For how long?
The minimum rental is one month; contracts of six months or more get a 10% discount and twelve months or more 15%. Payment can be monthly or per period.

Frequently asked questions
Is the survey really free, and does it commit me to anything?
On-site or video surveys are free and carry no commitment. If you do not like the quote, you pay nothing.
Can the quoted price change on moving day?
The price is fixed as long as the item list, floors and elevator status given at the survey do not change. If extra items or access problems appear that were not reported, a written difference is offered before the move.
What happens if something is damaged during the move?
All moves are covered by transport liability insurance. Have damage noted on the delivery report or notify us in writing within the contractual period; your claim is concluded within 10 business days.
When and how do I pay?
A 20% deposit is taken when the contract is signed, and the balance is paid on completion of loading or at delivery. We accept cash, bank transfer and credit card (three instalments with no extra charge).
Do I have to be at home on moving day?
You, or a person you authorise, should be present at loading and delivery to check the inventory list. We add the authorised person's ID details to the contract.
