Relocating an office is not just moving furniture; it means re-establishing computers, servers, archives and network infrastructure without interruption. Our project manager prepares a floor plan, moving sequence and timeline with you.
Scope
- Disassembly of office furniture, numbering and reassembly according to the floor plan.
- Anti-static packaging for computers, printers and servers; installation coordinated with your IT team.
- Archive moving: file boxes are labelled with sequence numbers and shelved in the same order afterwards.
- Weekend and night shifts, aiming for a ready office on Monday morning.
Confidentiality
Our staff sign a confidentiality undertaking; file and archive boxes travel sealed. If you wish, a company representative can accompany the move.
Pricing
A project-based quote is given according to headcount, floor area, archive volume and distance. A typical budget for a 20-person office is 45,000 – 80,000 TRY.

Frequently asked questions
Is the survey really free, and does it commit me to anything?
On-site or video surveys are free and carry no commitment. If you do not like the quote, you pay nothing.
Can the quoted price change on moving day?
The price is fixed as long as the item list, floors and elevator status given at the survey do not change. If extra items or access problems appear that were not reported, a written difference is offered before the move.
What happens if something is damaged during the move?
All moves are covered by transport liability insurance. Have damage noted on the delivery report or notify us in writing within the contractual period; your claim is concluded within 10 business days.
When and how do I pay?
A 20% deposit is taken when the contract is signed, and the balance is paid on completion of loading or at delivery. We accept cash, bank transfer and credit card (three instalments with no extra charge).
Do I have to be at home on moving day?
You, or a person you authorise, should be present at loading and delivery to check the inventory list. We add the authorised person's ID details to the contract.
