This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Yükdenge Moving & Storage Services Ltd. (Yükdenge Nakliyat) as the data controller in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the related communiqué on the fulfilment of the disclosure obligation.

Personal data we process
- Identity and contact data: name, phone, email, address.
- Moving data: loading and delivery addresses, floor and elevator details, item inventory, survey photos.
- Contract and financial data: invoicing details, payment records, insurance policy details.
- Storage data: unit number, access logs and camera footage.
Purposes of processing
- Planning and carrying out surveys, quotes and moving services.
- Handling contracts, invoicing and insurance; assessing damage claims.
- Ensuring warehouse security and access control.
- Meeting legal obligations and (with your consent) sending informational communications.
Legal grounds and collection methods
Your personal data is collected through website forms, phone and WhatsApp conversations, email, the online booking screen and face-to-face meetings. Processing relies on Article 5/2 of the KVKK: establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests and, where applicable, your explicit consent.
Data transfers
Your data may be transferred, to the extent required to deliver the service, to our business partners, authorised public bodies, and payment and IT service providers in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention
Moving and storage records are kept for 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code and tax law; survey photos for 2 years after the service ends; warehouse camera footage for 60 days. At the end of the period your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, and claim compensation for damages. You may send your requests in writing to kvkk@yukdenge.com.tr or to the address above; we reply within 30 days at the latest.
