More than half of moving damage comes from poor packing. Our packing crew uses a separate method for each item group, from crockery to paintings, books to electronics.
Materials we use
- Double-wall corrugated boxes (30 kg capacity).
- Hanging wardrobe boxes: clothes travel without being folded.
- Foam and bubble wrap for glass, porcelain and electronics.
- Corner guards, stretch film and blankets for furniture surfaces.
- Painting and mirror crates with wooden or rigid cardboard frames.
Labelling system
Each box is labelled with room name, contents and number, with a matching entry in the inventory list. At the new home it is clear at the door which room each box goes to.
Pricing
Full packing is priced by home size; for a 3-bedroom flat the average is 3,000 – 4,500 TRY. If you prefer to pack yourself, box and material sets are also available separately.

Frequently asked questions
Is the survey really free, and does it commit me to anything?
On-site or video surveys are free and carry no commitment. If you do not like the quote, you pay nothing.
Can the quoted price change on moving day?
The price is fixed as long as the item list, floors and elevator status given at the survey do not change. If extra items or access problems appear that were not reported, a written difference is offered before the move.
What happens if something is damaged during the move?
All moves are covered by transport liability insurance. Have damage noted on the delivery report or notify us in writing within the contractual period; your claim is concluded within 10 business days.
When and how do I pay?
A 20% deposit is taken when the contract is signed, and the balance is paid on completion of loading or at delivery. We accept cash, bank transfer and credit card (three instalments with no extra charge).
Do I have to be at home on moving day?
You, or a person you authorise, should be present at loading and delivery to check the inventory list. We add the authorised person's ID details to the contract.
