Our home moving service brings every stage of the move under one contract. In the free survey we determine volume, building access and items needing special handling; the quote is given in writing, line by line.

How do we work?

  • Before the move: survey, inventory list, box and packaging plan.
  • Moving day: a crew of three to six, scratch-preventing covers, furniture disassembly and loading.
  • Delivery: placing items in rooms, assembling furniture and taking packaging waste away.

Scope and duration

Loading a 3-bedroom flat takes 3-4 hours on average; with delivery and reassembly in the same city the whole process takes 7-9 hours. On intercity moves your belongings travel on a single vehicle without being mixed with another customer's load.

What sets the price?

Room count, floor and elevator status, distance, and packing and assembly needs affect the price. Use our online estimator for an approximate budget and the free survey for the exact price.

Frequently asked questions

Is the survey really free, and does it commit me to anything?
On-site or video surveys are free and carry no commitment. If you do not like the quote, you pay nothing.
Can the quoted price change on moving day?
The price is fixed as long as the item list, floors and elevator status given at the survey do not change. If extra items or access problems appear that were not reported, a written difference is offered before the move.
What happens if something is damaged during the move?
All moves are covered by transport liability insurance. Have damage noted on the delivery report or notify us in writing within the contractual period; your claim is concluded within 10 business days.
When and how do I pay?
A 20% deposit is taken when the contract is signed, and the balance is paid on completion of loading or at delivery. We accept cash, bank transfer and credit card (three instalments with no extra charge).
Do I have to be at home on moving day?
You, or a person you authorise, should be present at loading and delivery to check the inventory list. We add the authorised person's ID details to the contract.
