Piano moves from 2,800 TRY
An upright piano weighs 200-300 kg and a grand piano over 350 kg; if handled wrongly, both the instrument and the building can be damaged. Our specialty crew works with piano dollies, strap systems and protective blankets.

What we watch in piano moves
The lid and pedals are secured and the wooden body is protected from humidity and temperature change. After the move we can refer you to a tuner we cooperate with; the tuning fee is separate.
Extra insurance
For valuables an all-risk policy is issued on the declared value. For antiques and artworks, a condition report and photo record are taken.

Frequently asked questions
Is the survey really free, and does it commit me to anything?
On-site or video surveys are free and carry no commitment. If you do not like the quote, you pay nothing.
Can the quoted price change on moving day?
The price is fixed as long as the item list, floors and elevator status given at the survey do not change. If extra items or access problems appear that were not reported, a written difference is offered before the move.
What happens if something is damaged during the move?
All moves are covered by transport liability insurance. Have damage noted on the delivery report or notify us in writing within the contractual period; your claim is concluded within 10 business days.
When and how do I pay?
A 20% deposit is taken when the contract is signed, and the balance is paid on completion of loading or at delivery. We accept cash, bank transfer and credit card (three instalments with no extra charge).
Do I have to be at home on moving day?
You, or a person you authorise, should be present at loading and delivery to check the inventory list. We add the authorised person's ID details to the contract.
